This document contains
the rules that must be respected in order to process your documents. For easier
execution, tick the box every time a stage is validated: See the PDF document

You
have enclosed all the images and logos needed to produce the
document.
- Colour
visuals are in CMYB and not RGB with “optimal” resolution of 300 dpi, format
TIFF, EPS.
- Should
your images include text, supply a file with flattened layers (non modifiable
texts).
- Make
sure your files are produced using the printing colours specified in your
order: 4-colour process or Pantone colour(s).
- Do not
mix the “DSC/separate files” with “Composite” save modes, and when using DSC
mode, images to save in “multi-file mode with colour composite”.
- Work
in the finished format:
- For
the notebook: cover sticker: 112 x 165 mm – Screen-printed cover: 185 x 255 mm
- Inside pages: 182 x 255 mm.
- For
the Pocket (book): cover sticker: 50 x 63 mm – Inside pages: 112 x 140 mm.
- For
“Small” (mini notebook): cover sticker: 40 x 70 mm – Inside pages: 82 x 110 mm
- For
the notepad: note pages: 182 x 255 mm – cover (optional): 182 x 255 mm
- For
the guest visitor book: cover sticker: 160 x 230 mm.
- Remember
to add bleed-offs to elements to be trimmed
(3 mm minimum).
- Enclosed
the required character fonts.
- Enclose
any typographies used in imported image files.
- For
cover pages, on account of the spiral create the page layout document in single
page(s) in such a way as to place bleed-offs (traps) on the 4 edges of each
page.
- For
digital processing, enclose a colour laser print-out.
- For
offset processing, enclose a control Cromalin.
